We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, photography and normal printing or manufacturing variations.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in pounds sterling (£).
We are not currently registered for VAT and VAT is not charged separately.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the product subject to these Terms.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel an order where payment cannot be authorised, the product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or website error, delivery cannot be made to the address provided, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund.
5. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our payment-processing provider.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and delivery charges will be displayed on the website or during checkout.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe and, unless otherwise agreed, within 30 days of your order being accepted.
Occasionally, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a significant problem with your order, please contact us through the contact us form.
7. Your right to change your mind
If you purchase from us online as a consumer, you normally have the right to change your mind.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the book to us.
You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling.
To cancel, please contact [email address] and include your name, order number and confirmation that you wish to cancel your order.
You may also use the cancellation form at the bottom of these Terms, although you do not have to use it.
8. Returning a book
If you change your mind, you are responsible for returning the book to us.
Unless the book is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
You may inspect the book in the same way that you reasonably could in a shop. If the value of the book has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund.

9. Refunds
Where you validly cancel your order, we will refund the price paid for the book.
Where applicable, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery service. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of standard delivery.
Refunds will be made using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Where goods are being returned following a change of mind, we will process the refund within the applicable legal timeframe after receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned.
10. Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your book arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at [email address].
Please include your name, order number, a description of the problem and photographs where helpful.
We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

The content of Don’t Forget Your Brain and this website, including text, exercises, illustrations, graphics, branding, photographs and design elements, is protected by intellectual-property rights.
Purchasing the book does not transfer ownership of those intellectual-property rights.
The book is provided for personal use. No part of the book or website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website available and the information on it accurate.
However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or completely free from technical errors.
