Shipping

Orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked delivery, with the following options available at checkout:

Royal Mail Tracked 24
Aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 48
Aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays may occur once an order is with Royal Mail which is beyond our control.
Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days of being placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Returns

We hope you love Don’t Forget Your Brain, but if you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know that you would like to return it.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the book back to us.
To request a return, please use our Contact Form, including your name and order number. We will then provide the return instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of returning the book is your responsibility. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
Please take reasonable care of the book while it is in your possession. You may inspect it as you would in a shop, but if its value has been reduced by handling it, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your book arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us through our Contact Form and include your order number and photographs where helpful.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement.
